Laugh is a dynamic meditation or dynamic relaxation techniques are, because laugh is the easiest meditation that makes relax in a short time. Laugh also can form a positive mindset so we would think more positive. Laugh can help relieve stress and various diseases like heart attack, diabetes and others. Laugh is the best stress antidote, cheap and easy. Laugh also encourage relaxation, because laugh can stimulate to releases positive chemicals such as endorphins, serotonin, and melatonin.

Laughing therapy is a combination between movement, breath and laughter. In this activity, the participants were trained to do some kind of laugh like ha .. ha … ha …, ho … ho … ho …, he … he … he …, hi … hi … hi …, and others. Any kind of laughter has healing properties of its own. In addition to training on the various types of laugh, the participants were also invited to dance together. In addition, the participants also do meditation and some yoga. Laughing therapy is believed can open seven chakras in the human body. Through this laughter therapy exercise is expected to create a healthy body, mind, and soul.

The results showed a laugh for 10-20 minutes beneficial for your body. Exercise laugh followed by a good yoga breathing techniques can improve the oxygen and your body’s immune system
